As a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 17 years experience, Claire set-up Worthing based Sussex Physio Pilates in 2013, with the aim of delivering the highest level of Physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates care for the local community, through a friendly and holistic approach. 

Modern day living, competitive sports, busy work commitments and demanding family lives, can all take their toll on how our bodies function.

Sussex Physio Pilates has a team of five Physiotherapists, of which four of them are also Pilates teachers.

Our Pilates timetable has grown from just one 1 class back in 2013, to 16 today.

We have a Mummy does Pilates class that is for Mums of all ages and stages. You will work on your core, your pelvic floor, your posture and a whole lot more... as you breathe, relax and focus on yourself... 
It's 1 hour of 'You Time'.

Our Platinum Pilates classes are Physio-led Pilates dedicated to the needs of the over 50s. 
Combining Pilates exercise, postural advice and Physiotherapy exercises.

Pilates 4 Posture classes, aims to re-balance your body posture after a long day, easing out aches and getting you to re-connect with your core. Perfect for sedentary workers, busy parents, commuters, and anyone looking to improve their posture.

At the beginning of 2016 we moved into our new premises in South Street, Tarring, Worthing. The new practice combines both our Physiotherapy and Pilates services under one roof. We have 2 fantastic clinic rooms for our Physiotherapy treatments and a dedicated studio for all of our Pilates classes and 1:1 Pilates sessions.
